Ally Wardrop was outstanding and we were so pleased with the service we received. She went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Very detailed oriented, we were greeted at the Beach Club Resort with champagne and a gift back. Booking with her also came with other perks including an update of our room to a king suite with a beautiful view of the Charleston harbor, a $100 gift card that could be used at the hotel including spa services, and complimentary breakfast at the 5-star restaurant Fish House on the premises. She stayed in communication with us from check-in and throughout our stay. We have recommended her to family and friends, and are booking our upcoming trip to Europe with her!
