Kristin was absolutely amazing. We had incredibly hectic schedules that kept changing up until 2 days before the trip. She stayed with it throughout all of our back-and-forth, and she even got us a better rate in the process. She went above and beyond before we even got there. To top it off, she gave us the most thoughtful welcome gifts catered to us and our kids. We would 10000% recommend Kristin to other travelers, and we will make sure to book with her again. Kristin was amazing! She was very responsive via text before our trip and personally welcomed us at Aulani with the best goodies - snacks, Minnie ears and bouncy balls for the kids and wine for the mamas. Kristin knew that this weekend was a special gathering of preschool friends before graduation and she went above and beyond to make it memorable. We would definitely book with her again.
