Marisa listened to all our requirements for the trip and was thoughtful about deciding which room configuration best suited our needs. She was always quick to respond and warm and friendly. We had wonderful welcome amenities from her and the special touches were so appreciated. She had been in constant contact with the hotel so everything was perfect for our arrival and departure. Her knowledge of Tel Aviv was incredible and she made really great suggestions and had fantastic ideas for us that enhanced our experience. I will definitely be booking all my travel through Marisa.
