Shannon was exceptionally helpful and asked all the right questions as she helped to plan our trip. She really encouraged us to think of what we really wanted to do , where we wanted to be and to expand our ideas to make it an amazing trip. Shannon was always reachable and got back to us immediately if we had questions. We changed out mind about several things and Shannon handled it with ease. She was able to suggest a few fun excursions that we may not have even thought to do but they were the highlight of the trip. From our travel to tours and transports, Shannon had it covered. I will definitely work with Shannon again on our next big trip!!

Shannon was wonderful! She helped us plan hotels, transportation around town, and recommended activities to see all the must see sights. I even got an app on my phone that included all my daily reservations for hotels and activities and where they were all located! It was a game changer for me!
