In the last few years, I've gotten into doing more solo travel. I do like to find good places to eat and I don't mind visiting museums. I've recently started to consider how a trip or place will or could positively affect my mental, emotional and physical health.

I've been working on finding a balance between lux and budget travel while having some level of sustainability mixed in. I like having a list of places that I might want to eat at and see. Mixed in with allowing for the possibility of getting a 'little lost' at the destination. I also like using recourses like the people working the front desk at the hotel and the hotel restaurant/bar for where the locals go.
