My deep-rooted interest and knowledge of ancient Mediterranean cultures puts me in a unique position to make a meaningful impact on new and veteran travelers alike. I have traveled to many locales within Greece and Italy over the past four decades, and I can offer insights and perspectives that go beyond surface-level tourist attractions and enable tourists to have a deeper and more authentic experience. In sharing that special secluded beach I found in Crete by going off the beaten path, for example, I can make the traveler's experience that much more remarkable.

It is in this vein that I support sustainable travel and "slow travel". By embracing a deeper, more immersive experience, my clients will connect with local communities, appreciate cultural nuances and contribute positively to the places they visit. I consider it my responsibility to promote the responsible traveler, one who understands that through engagement with the local community, we can preserve its cultural heritage, people and well-being for years to come.
