My experience dealing with Winnie was enjoyable. She immediately and clearly responded to my queries.

Winnie was great to work with. I am an indecisive person and Winnie was patient with me as I changed my mind a few times on hotels and dates. We got great perks by booking with her as well - hotel credit, late check-out, free breakfast, and even a birthday surprise for my son while we were away. I appreciate that she made sure our reservations were confirmed before we left and she even checked in on us during our travels to see if we needed further support from her. I would definitely use Winnie again when booking my future travels. Thanks Winnie!

Winnie is awesome! She is quick to respond and provide plenty of options. When I found a larger room on another site at a resort that she had suggested, she went out of her way to book that room for me, even though it did not appear in her portal. She even checked up on us when we arrived for our stay to make sure we were happy with our room - all while she was on vacation herself! I highly recommend Winnie for your vacation lodging needs.

I would rate Winnie at Fora a 5 out of 5 stars. Full transparency, we usually book our own travel and have traveled quite extensively over the years. We had started off with a different tour group recommendation from a friend. That didn’t work out because the contact was often not responsive and the choices provided were out of our family’s (two teens, two adults) price range. With only a couple of weeks left before our trip to Paris and Rome, I connected with Winnie. She was extremely easy to work with, responsive (despite a 15h time difference), listened to my family’s specific needs, and I never felt pressured. She was also very willing to take feedback on our experiences after we completed our trip to Europe. Winnie really has the best interest of her clients. We really appreciate that about her and her services.
